My favourite so far. Didn’t score very well but that was due to some dubious course management. If you hit it short there is no hope of the ball skipping on, if it doesn’t kick left or right into a pot bunker then it will roll down a false front. Hit it well or misjudge the wind you are through the green in a grassy Swale with an impossible shot up. Then you think the putt is going right to left and it surprises you and goes left to right.
Robbo played off the championship tees and was even par, Kevin 07 and Smiley Riley played off the whites and had 39 points and 40 points respectively. With Cockers and Lizzy being best of the girls. The scores show that the girls course was much harder than the boys!!! NOT.
Some of the boys had so much fun they went for another 18 holes this afternoon.
A challenging day but so much fun.
