Pat, Johns mum turned 80 in February and her wish was to have both her daughter in laws by her side. Sure, she wanted her two sons and their families together, so off we start our long journey to Europe to grant her wish.
John and I are jetting in from Dubai and Richard (John’s brother) and his family Caz, Sam and Jack are bringing the birthday girl across from Newcastle as we all know that she cannot be trusted to travel alone.
Goals for this holiday
- Grant Patty her wish
- Get to know our youngest nephew Jack better
- Get to hang out with our other newphew Sam
- Do 15,000 steps a day
- Do something we have never done before.
- Stay in the worlds tallest building
- Win the Thompson challenge (the rules of which are yet to be decided)
- Lose weight
- Get rid of sock tan
- Make my Patty laugh each day.
